Architectural Control Committee ("ACC") members are primarily responsible for receiving and reviewing ACC change requests, which are usually submitted using one of the forms found below.

They are also responsible for the extensive task of inspecting Association homes and lots to determine whether they contain violations of the ACC Standards.
