Reflection Homes Association provides trash and recycling services to all townhomes as part of the monthly assessment. Republic Services is the refuse removal and recycling company that provides these services to the community.
Materials for collection should be placed at the end of your lead sidewalk no later than 7 a.m. on collection day. Residents can place materials out after sunset the night before if winds no greater than 10 mph are present or forecasted. Residents are responsible for cleaning any unsecured trash that is blown or spilled from their container.

The following removal and recycling services are provided to townhome residents:

  • Trash Pick-up – Monday, Wednesday and Fridays
  • Recycling – Monday and Thursday
  • Recycling of Christmas Trees – Christmas trees will be picked up on Monday, January 11, 2016.  Please place your Christmas trees curbside for pickup.
  • General Bulk Item Pick-up – Mondays only.  Items must be placed out according to the time schedule described above.  Any other bulk item pick-ups must be scheduled directly with Republic Services and are by appointment only.

NOTE:  Failure to abide by the association's trash policy is a violation of the association's rules and regulations and is subject to penalty.
